The Albion Aglow Parade was held on Friday with Christmas caroling, tree lighting and a parade down Superior Street.

The event started with the tree lighting failing to happen at the end of the first countdown but succeeded on the second attempt. The businesses of Albion showcased their wares and excitement for Christmas with elaborate booths and displays.

Businesses were also encouraged to decorate their windows for the 12 Days of Christmas Window painting competition, for which the winners were announced during the event. The parade was a conclusion to the evening that left the community with a sense of peace and readiness to deck their halls with the magic of Christmas.
