The Brit Episode 4, Let’s get an update: Panhel and IFC Presidential Transitions (Part 1)

The Brit is a podcast that Morgan DeRose, a junior from Whitehall, and Caitlyn-Rae Arendse, a junior from Columbus, Ohio, spent this past summer working to create. Episodes of the Brit air every Monday.

Episode 4, Let’s get an update: Panhel and IFC Presidential Transitions (Part 1)

In this episode of The Brit, Brit hosts, DeRose and Arendse, speak with former presidents of Albion College’s Panhellenic Council (Panhel) and Interfraternity Council (IFC). Panhel and IFC work to represent the interests of Albion’s Greek life to members inside and outside of the Greek community.

This past week, Panhel and IFC both elected new executive councils. As the first part of a two part episode, this episode, accordingly,  features interviews with the outgoing Panhel president, Tasi Martinez, a senior from Gladstone, and the outgoing IFC president, Camden Musilek, a junior from Charlevoix. 

Goals of the first part of the episode

This episode aims to provide audiences with information pertaining to the past year’s happenings within Albion’s Interfraternity Council and Albion’s Panhellenic Council. The episode also works to give insight into the new IFC and Panhel president’s goals and aspirations for the upcoming spring and fall semesters.
