-BASEBALL-

This week: The Britons will continue MIAA play away on Tuesday, March 24 and at home on Saturday, March 28 against Trine University.

Last week: The Brits kicked off their MIAA competition with a double header on Sunday, March 22 against Adrian College. The Brits split, losing the first by a score of 3-2 and winning the second 5-4.

Key player: Bobby Clouse, Lake Orion senior, went 4-8 at the plate and claimed the spot as the first MIAA Player of the Week.

-SOFTBALL-

This week: The Britons take on Alma College in their first MIAA match up at home on Thursday, March 26. Then Albion will travel to Adrian to take on the Bulldogs in a double header contest Saturday, March 28.

Last week: The Brits swept Ohio Wesleyan University at home on Saturday, March 21 by scores of 11-7 and 7-0 in their double header contest.

Key player: Jenna Hogg, Flat Rock senior and pitcher, pitched a two-hit shutout in the second game allowing only one walk and striking out four.

-MEN’S TRACK & FIELD-

This week: Albion will head to Memphis, Tenn. to compete in the Rhodes Invitational on Saturday, March 28.

Spring break: Albion headed down to Panama City, Fla., to train and prepare for the upcoming outdoor season. The Brits also competed in two meets during their trip. The Northwestern State Relays in Natchitoches, LA., and the Southern Invitational in Birmingham, Ala. Three Brits placed fifth overall in their respective events and three more placed sixth at the Southern Invitational.

-WOMEN’S TRACK & FIELD-

This week: Albion will travel to Defiance, Ohio to compete in the Dick Small Invitational on Saturday, March 28.

Spring break: The Lady Brits accompanied the men’s track team to Panama City, Fla., to train for the upcoming outdoor season. They had a meet at the Southern Invitational in Birmingham, Ala.

-MEN’S TENNIS-

This week: The Britons will head to Crawfordsville, Ind., to compete in the twoday tournament, Wabash Invitational. The tournament is hosted by Wabash College.

Last week: Albion played at home against Grand Rapids Community College. The Brits won the match 7-2.

-WOMEN’S TENNIS-

This week: The Britons will kick off MIAA play against Hope College at home on Saturday, March 28.

Last week: The Brits traveled to Ohio to play a match against Ohio Northern on March 20. Albion came out on top with a final score of 5-4.
