YouTube1) This may come as the most shocking change, therefore, it is number one…The Pleiad has moved from print to the internet (for those of you who didn’t know).
2) Another surprising change since the ‘40s is back then a lot of people actually cared to read the paper.
3) Fraternity sports. Not only were the college athletics written about but the fraternities had sports teams that would play against each other and featured in the Pleiad.
4) The Methodist Church made a weekly appearance in the Pleiad.
5) The Pleiad was mailed to all alumni of Albion College…free of charge.
I think 2 of the bigger ones were the change from paper to newspaper, and the change from black and white to color images (both of which happened in the past decade).
